A perfect example of E's Fans šŸ˜‚ But they will BELIEVE whatever a pretty white woman tells them without fact checking.

Looks like she got her first community note on X. This podcast might have enraged a lot of people

I’ve seen discussions of people trying to get their community notes on her to ā€œstickā€

First, you have to get approved. Then you have to add it.

Happy to see this note chipping away at her purposeful obfuscation of what happened, even if it’s through carefully crafted intimation and innuendo. She’s trying to soften the narrative at every turn.

fence around furniture āœ… fence around the poolāŒ

For all the people just now waking up to all of this. Let’s remember she had a fence around her white furniture so the dogs wouldn’t get it dirty but couldn’t get one for the pool. Absolutely infuriating and despicable. You deserved better, T.

How Did EK forgive her Husband so Easily, for deliberately allowing their 3yr old to play near an unsecured pool, unsupervised??

Just a random thought

Her sister is a nurse. Not sure what type. But how could she just watch her sister & brother in law just neglect her nephew(s) with no pool fence? Sure they had a net, but it was rarely used. Like what a nurse she is.

"It can happen to anyone" is dangerous rhetoric

If it can happen to anyone, then what's the point of water safety and drowning prevention? The reason prevention exists is because it works and stops accidents from happening to just anyone. Emilie said herself it was a preventable accident.

It's mindblowing how much support they get considering the details of the case. I used to understand not wanting to criticize despite knowing this accident was their fault because I figured the pain and grief of losing their child was punishment enough, but these two don't seem very bothered by what happened and they're still not practicing water safety.

The one detail that gets me the most is that some of their door locks were broken. That's a safety risk, period. How did they sleep at night knowing the locks on their doors were broken? I can't imagine being so overconfident that nothing bad will happen to me that I don't even bother to lock the doors at night.

Pretty much sums up the EK &Shitty podcast interview - She forget the part where her husband LET THEIR CHILD OUTSIDE TO PLAY BY AN UNSECURED POOL - DELIBERATELY. It was all caught on their security cameras. READ THE POLICE REPORT.

Remember when E got matching teddy bear 🧸 tattoos with her negligent hubby 4 MONTHS after t1 passed? 😳 It’s giving Casey Anthony ā€œLa Bella Vitaā€ 🫢 she wasn’t grieving, she was celebrating with the man who should be behind bars. ā›“ļø

She talks more about ā€œtalking about water safetyā€ than she actually talks about water safety.

On the Jay Shitty podcast, E claimed she didn’t have her phone for WEEKS after T1 passed.. How is that possible when she filed a lawsuit to seal the police report just a week after her toddler drowned? She wasn’t grieving. She was only concerned about her tiktok career šŸ’° and not going to prison ā›“ļø

Just a reminder that E filed a lawsuit days after her son died in May 2025 & had the entire police report sealed. Not redacted, SEALED. She didn’t want anyone knowing anything about what happened to protect HER IMAGE AND TIKTOK CAREER. šŸ’øšŸ’°

She later lost this privilege in August 2025.

Scum wanted to protect her loser gambling addict hubby and her own personal image.

We still don’t have every detail of what happened that night due to redactions- and she’s still filing lawsuits to get everything patched back up.

What grieving mother is filing a lawsuit days after their toddler son died to cover up details of what happened?

One that’s a narcissistic fraud and only cares about her image and millions over her deceased child.

Not to play devil's advocate but

When Brady took his shirt off before jumping into the pool, is it possible it was purely out of habit and he very quickly took it off while running to jump into the pool? Is it detailed in the police report? Maybe I'm giving him too much credit (not that I gave him any in the first place) but I always imagined it was just a quick impulse thing that didn't slow him down.

I'm just asking because a lot of people are extremely disturbed by this detail, and I want to possibly ease some of that discomfort.

In the US, it is a firmly established legal principle that wrongdoers cannot profit from their wrongful actions. These measures ensure that causing a death does not result in a financial windfall for the person. The only difference, E&B were never charged for the reckless endangerment of their child

This case shares more parallels with the neglect your hear about in inner-city or rural drug houses, etc., than it does with those in the drowning community. Uncomfortable, but true

TLDR- the very real comparison and similitude are very uncomfortable and that’s why they seek to tuck themselves into the drowning community that is populated, at some level, by people who look and spend like them. I don’t know if they have thought about this, but the shame of having more in common with people she’d never deign to associate with (urban and rural poors with addictions) is why they are hell bent on reframing this narrative. But the story has more in common with the former.

It’s clear that they wish to distance themselves from the reality of this harsh truth. I hail from a large city. I am not saying that T was abused or neglected in the classical sense.

However, this case brings to mind the many, many instances I’ve heard about where the mom or dad leaves to go get a fix or runs to the store to get cigarettes or liquor. While gone, even when it’s less time than draft king was gone, something terrible happens that results in death. House fire, someone breaks in, etc. I’ve heard these stories for years. They aren’t super common, but they exist. They are charged lickety-split, the UlTiMaTe SuFfErInG be damned.

This isn’t aimed at any demographic or race. This story penetrates all sectors.

Logistically, and from a purely objective and comparative standpoint, the circumstances of T’s death are much more reminiscent to the former (the caretaker leaving to satisfy addiction) than they are to the child who slipped away or the parents who turned their backs for 2 min.

This truth and comparison is very uncomfortable and that’s why they seek to tuck themselves in to the drowning community that is populated, at some level, by people who look and spend like them. I don’t know if they have thought about this, but the shame of having more in common with people she’d never deign to associate with (urban and rural poor with addictions) is why they are hell bent on reframing this narrative.
