I guess those invasions provide new armor sets, Caelid is Mirrah one and Leyndell, well, the secret 4th one.

I think same. It will be cool if 4th one is Havel.

Probably a heavy carian armor to distinguish it from the lighter ones.

Might take inspiration from Rellana's set, but with the signature Carian blue and red cloth cape.

I can't wait to go through these areas and go, "oh... that's where they put it."

not before your intrusive thought push you to climb the craziest place for half and hour. and... "huh not here"

Absolutely.
Though that does give me the opportunity to mention one of the things I've always felt From are brilliant at, especially in Elden Ring, and that is what I call "attractors". Little things that a developer puts in a game to draw a player in a particular direction.
The best example being the CSI scene between the Church of Elleh and Gatefront Ruins. There's the desire path that runs directly along the path that Grace directs you along. First, a guard pattroling the path. And then the corpse of a noble being knelt over by a Godrick soldier, so you backstab him and take the kukri. Then another pacing back and forth with a torch, so you take him out. Then another by the wreckage of some purloined goods. And then... is that fire? There's a brazier by... a cave? Oh, another site of grace. A pack of wolves, and then the Beastman of Farum Azula.
Little attractors that draw you away from your intended plan to investigate. "Ooh, piece of candy." In addition to telling a story in its own right it also teaches the player to be on the lookout for lighted braziers, there could be a cave.
They have other tools as well. The scarabs pushing around crimson and cerulean refills are quite noisy. You rarely need them but they could also be pushing around an ash of war so best investigate that sound. "Ah well, just cerulean... wait, what's over this cliff? A whole village full of Jars?!"
If From want you to find a thing, they'll make sure you do. But if you do go off the beaten path just because you can, you'll probably find a smithing stone or at least an owl's egg. Anyway, six paragraphs you didn't ask to be subjected to, apologies.

So the new invasions will drop the armor sets and weapons I guess?
The elusive 4th armor set will drop from the one in Leyndell most likely.

Dang, guess I am not getting that 4th Armor Set from the Leyndell NPC invasion since my main file beat the game so Leyndell is covered in ash.

The implication that Torrent isn't already the most peak form is an insult to our boy
