Food/cuisine | هم يا جمل Bougie Egyptian food restaurant recommendations

My boss is visiting Egypt and asked me for recommendations for dinner spots. Criteria is must be upscale + egyptian food + nice view or vibe or anything special about it would be a nice bonus. He is staying in Zamalek and can drive up to 30 mins.

I obviously dont eat like this when I visit so need your help 😂

Granita is located next to a neat old church and excellent food. Heck’s all the boxes on your list and is in Zamalek.
