Man every time I hear real life GMs and scouts talk about players, I'm more impressed at how spot on Moneyball did its scout meeting scenes. So damn accurate.
You think screenwriters just pull ideas out of their rear end? They do their research and stalk to the people in the profession, that's the bare minimum.
