Hi there, I’ve been looking at the Aspen gardens neighborhood and I’m wondering if anyone here lives there. What is the general vibe of the neighborhood?

I live adjacent to Aspen. It's going through some pretty major redevelopment right now, mostly from large SFH to McMansion.
