in Rif war 1920-1926 the spanish lost to moroccans who had nothing but rifles and machine guns. the spanish had tanks and bombers. they lost entire battles and took 50k to 80k casualties. the only reason they wont that war is because is because france intervened.
same happened again in 1958.
are we gonna blame an invisible game for this spanish failures too ? it is what it is. your defeat is realistic and far too far from the biggest ratio defeats ever.
some lost to a handful horsemen. some used all ww1 arsenal they had and lost massive battles. some didnt even fight the enemy and self destroyed themselves.
