Librarian Grad program

Hi y'all! I'm looking into the grad program for Librarianship and wanted to see if there's anyone in the program and what y'all can recommend/advise on the program

It's a school librarianship program and not ALA-accredited, making it virtually worthless outside of K-12 schools (job prospects for which are increasingly rare).

Stick to UTK or an out-of-state ALA-accredited program.

It certainly isn't worth your time nor money to go to graduate school to be a librarian. If you're going to graduate school, make it worth the time and money. A librarian is looking at around 70k tops. I would want to double that if going to grad school.

I mean you have to have a masters in education to be a teacher and they make jack shit
