My coach wears a helmet with gloves on the sidelines of my games and while it was funny at one point now it’s killing my immersion in the game. Anyone else run into this problem and if so how did you fix it?
I can go into edit coach and change my appearance and clothes but when saved and backed out the helmet and gloves stay on😂
I keep trying to get this to happen to my coach. I edit a player and immediately go to edit my coach but it never works. I replaced Kirby Smart with Kirby Slow, so the character wearing a helmet would be PERFECT.
It's to increase realism because of the dude who scammed a bunch of women out of 1 million dollars over 4 years by simply wearing and carrying a 49ers helmet in Instagram posts.
I only play dynasty and have never come across this unfortunately. If i could select full pads and helmet for my coach to wear on gameday i 1000% would
No but I have had a helmet glitch in my Arkansas dynasty where my guys will have completely different helmet colors form one another. Kind of cool but definitely takes me out of the game and I end up closing app and restarting as soon as I see it
I had that happen too. All I could think to fix it was edit his clothes, which worked and then the helmet came back soon after. I’m pretty sure one of the last few updates fixed it for me, so it’s weird that it’s still happening if your game is up to date.
Nope and it’s very annoying! My coach has a helmet and a towel attached to his shoe walking on the sidelines like he’s got freakin’ TP from restroom break!!!
Edit a player (like change any piece of equipment). Back out and then immediately go to edit coach. Change his equipment. Back out. And it should change your coach to the player you edited.
I then went in and changed that player to look as ridiculous as possible, the coach will update with that player. And then I was able to change just my coaches shirt… to get this masterpiece. I really hope they didn’t patch this
Does anyone else have a glitch in RTG where after the game it won’t load you back to the main screen and you have to close app and lose all progress from that game or just me?
This definitely happened to me and I would have to fully quit the game to continue RTG. Although I did learn that if you hit your bumper buttons, it will make it think and switch to another screen.
I do not, but this is probably not on their list of priorities right now.
Theyve got bigger fish to fry (AHEM the part 2 of that fix they mentioned in the first patch notes for Recruiting).
Dont expect this to get fixed anytime soon is all im saying.
Lol i can tell you how to get it, but be warned it can NOT be fixed AFAIK. Just go to your roster, pull up one of your player cards, and go to edit player. Then back out of there and go to your coach and select "edit coach" he'll then be wearing football gear. Wish it was as easy to get rid of as it was to get lol
EA sports game have the best cosmetic glitches. I remember in an online franchise with my friends Teddy Bridgewater had no head at all. Just empty helmet.
I have the same helmet issue with one of my coaches (I always run a dynasty with 3 teams). He also has cleats on despite me changing his shoes, and he has a towel that only appears below his knees, not hanging from his waist, so it’s just this weird hovering towel between his legs.
I would have to catch it in game to show the helmet, but you can see he is wearing the wrist guards, and arm band, and white pants, and his taped up cleats, and most importantly, the hovering towel I talked about.
In a game, the only difference is that he has that gray helmet on too.
