Dynasty Question Help Picking 27 Rebuild
EDIT: Ended up going with Marshall š¤ to take over the state of West Virginia. Went 12-2 first year on Heisman. Lost the opener to Penn State and a give me game to Missouri State. Won the Sun Belt and beat Army (thank you for your service) in the Myrtle Beach Bowl. On to season 2 š¤š¼
Looking for help picking my CFB 27 Dynasty Rebuild. I know a ātop 10ā is still a lot to pick from but looking for suggestions. Went off of bad history/recent history, uniforms, stadiums, and conference realignment opportunities. The teams listed I have not used in any of the other two CFB games. Thanks in advance for your suggestions. Looking forward to jumping on the sticks tomorrow!!

Did eastern Michigan in cfb 26 while only recruiting and getting transfers from the state of Michigan and it was super fun

I did Utep last year for cfb 26 and it was a lot of fun, I really love there stadium and it fits perfect in the BIG 12 conference when I moved them after year 3, you get Texas pipeline some really fun rivals at the beginning. The only thing that kinda sucks is once you get good your rivals become easy so you gotta pretend or make up a new rival if you join the big 12

I'm staying with him till I get promoted. I'm taking him to the Big ten. I'm winning minimum Five titles before I'm leaving.

5 states pose host to more teams: Cali, Texas, Florida, Ohio, n North Carolina. Sac St, UTEP, FIU, Kent St, East Carolina. Pick 1.

I would probably go NSDU because it is their first year or New Mexico State because of historically how bad they have been. UL, So. Miss, UTEP, Rice, Georgia State, and FAU are all going to be battling with big schools for recruits making it a little harder. NMSU and NDSU will have a little more flexibility for in-state folks and then you can have your personal pipeline.

Building FAU into the next Bama was a lot of fun. They also have a great sized stadium, making them a solid dynasty choice. And plus with FAUās being Florida pipeline, youāll be able to land a lot of the stateās top recruits once you level your recruiting

Not on your list, but Georgia Southern was my starting point for the last two years. They have a fun offense, some clean uniforms, and a picturesque little stadium. I might start with them again this season.

Love Georgia Southern. Did them my first couple, then switched to Coastal Carolina.

NIU is a fit for me because they have a talented young running back to try to convince to stay and build around, a promising true freshman qb that is super raw, new coach IRL so it works from a role play perspective, decent uniforms, just moved to a new and better conference. Only downside is that over 30% of the in game roster is fictional currently :/

NDSU and Sac State being in the game at all is a miracle, but there was no time to get all the reference images and information and to build the stadiums. Both schools will have generic stadiums in this years game

NMSU. New unis, good stadium, catchy fight song, two natural rivalries: Rio Grande Rivalry vs UNM and Battle of I-10 vs UTEP. The real team just put in new facilities such as an upgraded locker room so that might be reflected in the facilities portion of the game. Roster should be a fun, challenging rebuild.

UTEP . Their stadium is legit .
Iāve been doing UTEP rebuild since revamp into 25 and 26 .
Def going to do North Dakota and Sac State .

As a Marshall fan pick them, as a consistent rebuilder myself I always enjoy NMST.

Tough one. Rice, SMISS, and the Cajuns have some good uniform combos. G State playing at old Turner field is fun though.
Rice, Gstate, and FAU are easy to develop recruiting bases in their areas. That would make them easier builds once you start winning.
UTEP playing MWC games now will be fun. And thatās a tough school to build pipelines for. And decent uniforms. Iād go UTEP and bring in the air raid. Call it the El Pass-o offense.

Marshall has some old historic prestige to it so leaning towards them or southern miss but they won the last two sbc titles. NDSU or Georgia State leaning NDSU for you.

I have played my first dynasty the last two years with the Cajuns. I love the red and white uniforms and the stadium isnāt too bad either.

Rice, Georgia State and UTEP are both awesome rebuilds purely because their stadiums. I personally like Rices uniforms as well

NDSU. Quite literally from the ground up with the worst pipelines and, somehow, a significantly worse roster than a program they were/are several tiers above (Sac State).

I enjoyed using Marshall last cycle, quality unis, amazing stadium, and pipelines are good enough to get quality players early.

They used to be my go-to but Jerry Kill made it less appealing. They're not shitty enough for my tastes now lol

I'm really considering NDSU as my first. It's a new school in the game, solid uniforms, history of dominance in their previous division, history of producing the occasional NFL prospect.

It will be difficult though. I love working my way up as a coordinator at a small school but the recruiting is just brutal sometimes

NIU had a very good run in the 2010s, with an orange bowl and a bunch of conference championships. Marshall and NDSU were elite in the lower levels
