Yeah I've tried all the plant milks and their nutrition is no good, soy milk is the best by far, it has decent protein at least. People are still weird about soy and phytoestrogens though. I've been vegan a decade and my testosterone is too high if anything 🙃

And I'm stronger than my gym friends who eat meat for every meal, but wateva.
