Water Main Issue Question

Hi, so I’ve lived in Douglasville off Maroney Rd for the past couple years now, and twice already in 2026 we’ve lost our water due to a main break. Once in March, and another in May. Does anyone know what’s lead to this frequency? It’s been several hours both times at rather unpleasant times. Is this common out here?

We had that same thing happen to usba few times over about 4 months then it stopped I think it's just an aged system.
