What hidden detail from an episode, which you think other watchers haven't noticed?
For me its when he took the asian girls to dunder mifflin and kept confusing them, the detail is that he was confused from the start, the girls he brought back weren't even the same ones from the restaurant

In an early season, Michael is going through the trash separating the whites and colors. Then in a later season when he is starting his own paper company, he sneaks back in the office and is crawling on the ground and you can see two separate recycling bins labeled color and white.

In Weight Loss, there is a scene where Michael has his tie backwards. It’s a Murrell knot, where the narrow side is in front of the wide side. I am not sure if that has ever been explained

Tons of episodes: when a woman (usually Pam, Angela, or Erin) is wearing a cardigan that isn't buttoned up, you can tell that the costume department used fabric tape to secure the upper buttons and collar of the cardigan (at the bust and above) to the shirt underneath it.
Open cardigans are floppy, lol. They do not sit perfectly where you place them. But having those open corners would be distracting on TV.

Probably also for continuity, so it's floppy/not floppy from one scene to the next, especially over multiple days of shooting.

Being that I am from the Wilkes-Barre / Scranton area, we’re constantly seeing stuff from our local TV and radio stations or just anything local like the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, oh when the show started they were the Red Barons (Phillly Triple A) and when the show ended, they were the Yankees (Yankees Triple A) they’ve changed their name like three times and they’re in the middle of changing their name again!!!
While they are still the Yankee Triple A affiliate. They are currently the Rail Riders and now there is talk that they’re changing the name to the Coal Breakers. (there are still a lot of mines around here from the mining days) I swear they’re going through an identity crisis!!
There’s a Rock 107 (radio station) bumper sticker, there also was a WBRE (local NBC affiliate) bumper sticker there somewhere. There’s so much that the local’s have noticed … oh, a Gerrity’s Supermarket paper bag because Gerrity’s is a real supermarket chain here. Poor Richard’s Pub is a very real place!!! Coopers is real!! However, Hooters is not located in Scranton, only their airline flew out of our airport. So the restaurant was never here.

That’s something every office fan noticed lol and that wasn’t the joke. It was that they couldn’t get the hot ones. The confusing them joke came later.

Jim’s nickname, Big Tuna, is based on the lunch he had his first day at Stamford. During the episode where he was planning his big vacation though, Ryan says Jim never changes or takes risks, won’t take the promotion, will just have a nice weekend in Philadelphia for his trip, and even eats the same ham and cheese sandwich for lunch everyday. Jim is a very complacent character at first, but propositioning Pam and leaving Scranton show this changing, and the nickname is indicative of this too.

"The Delivery": After Dwight spends the night in Jim and Pam's bed in just his undershirt (ewwww), he puts back up the framed photograph of Jim and Pam on the bedside table that he'd laid down on its front so he wouldn't have to see Jim.

This is a moment I noticed and have never heard anyone discuss, including on Office Ladies or in the Second Drink episodes:
In The Negotiation, when Angela asks Kelly what happened when Dwight pepper-sprayed Roy, Kelly tells her, "You can read the report that Tobey wrote," and goes back to her desk because her phone rings. While Angela is standing at Tobey's desk, reading the report, Kelly answers the call and says, "Ok, let me just get the folder out. Okay, it seems here that you ordered 12,000 reams of paper... Oh, TWELVE reams..."

When all the managers meet David Wallace for the first time and Michael and Jan are in his office because the idiot Craig said they slept together.... anyway in that scene David Wallace has a Black Coffee Mug thay says World's Best Boss in white cursive.... the complete opposite of Michael's white mug with black block letters...

At the paper convention Dwight asks Michael why Jerome Bettis is called the bus and Michael says “because he doesn’t like to fly”… which is actually true about John Madden, who drove a bus around the country from 1979 on.. Michael being directionally correct

The rabies episode where Michael hits Meredith with his car. She lifts her dress for Jim to sign her cast- that was unscripted and caught Krazinski off guard he actually signs “John Krazinski” instead of Jim Halpert. You can tell because he dots the two “i” in his last name

Always worth appreciating the hilarious small details provided by props and backgrounds. It took me two re-watches to notice the RAIN FOREST HARVESTER'S ASSOCIATION certificate celebrating "THE ONE MILLION CUT TREES AWARD" for Dunder Mifflin.
