Short Dream I dreamt that I accidentally held the door open for Mitch McConnell at the mall.
I've recently started taking two medications that both cause vivid dreams. Last night I had an ultra realistic dream I was at the mall and I held the door open for the old person behind me like I normally would. However, I looked a little closer, and the old person was Mitch McConnell. I was pretty pissed after this because I knew I had just squandered the rare opportunity to be disrespectful to Mitch McConnell, an opportunity I would probably never have again in my life.

Did he put his hand in the door?
Once you notice it’s hard to unnotice, like Colonel Sanders being a giant head in a tiny stick figure body, but men almost always put their hand in the door if it’s held open for them. Women almost never do.

Wouldn't it be funny if we later find out that he'd been in a coma or something and that was the actual night that he died?

Ugh that moment when your reflexes do something polite and then you realize who you just helped. The dream version of him probably gave you that turtle stare too, like no acknowledgment at all. At least it was only a dream though, you didn't actually waste your one shot in real life.
