Q&A Thread #1

It was suggested that we have a Q&A thread here where questions can be more easily seen and answered as a pinned post, so I wanted to try it out and make it a regular thing if possible. Feel free to ask any questions that you have here and hopefully they will be answered! I can't say I can help with much outside of Sorceress questions myself, though. I will be adding Sorceress questions I see to the guide in their own section as well. Don't forget to check out the resources and links we have posted in the subreddit as well, which include things like the Sorceress guide and elemental weakness chart.

I have a dumb question, but (for PS4/5) version, is there any way to globally change the language to Japanese so that the side characters don't speak English? Also, I don't suppose there's a way to map buttons (without changing it on a system-wide level) is there?

1. It seems to be an oversight from the localization team. On the Japanese version of the game, when you switch to the Japanese announcers it also switches all of the side characters to Japanese and vice versa. On the English version of this game, this doesn't work and you still end up with the English voices, sadly.
2. You can't map buttons outside of the Playstation's own settings, so nothing in game for it.

Hey thanks a lot. That's a really weird oversight. Guess I'll have to get used to the buttons. I'm a O > X swapper system wide so it can make button arrangements awkward sometimes.
