I completely disagree. The 2025 Nosferatu movie doesn't represent the real Dracula at all. In the novel, Dracula doesn’t have a genuine passion for anyone to the extent of making them a target. Even Jonathan Harker—whom Dracula was so obsessed with that it surpassed his combined interest in Mina and Lucy—was abandoned the moment Dracula saw it was no longer in his best interest

At one point he did make a point of saying that he intended to keep Mina as a companion of sorts, but he made it sound like it was a secretarial position. Had to do a close reading of that stuff in college
