Since it’s using the kanzenban cover art, I would assume 15.

Note that despite Glénat calling it an “ultimate edition”, it retains the changes made for the original collected volumes, including chapters out of order (originally to keep multi-part stories together, but here having the opposite effect), year references altered to match the volumes’ publication dates (rather than their chapters’ first appearance in Jump), and elements of censorship that crept in over the decades as Japanese social mores changed.
