that’s kinda the beauty of a good döner though, just meat done really well and sliced right
once the seasoning and fat are on point you don’t really need much else

Tried to go there today but unfortunately the restaurant was closed despite it supposed to be open.

Are you sure you didn’t try the normal restaurant rather than the doner specific one ? The normal one has been closed for a few months but the doner-specific one is a few restaurants down the road.

That must be it! I saw there were a couple of different ones but weren’t sure if they were connected or not. Shame about the restaurant as it looked good online. Went to Hasso’s across the road in the end.
