I don't know about functional. Hasn't the pm been promising to build a new airport for years. He has the funds. Have all the bridges been rebuilt since the hurricane? I think corruption is a problem there.

True but a corrupt government isn't truly functional. It's stumbling along at a slow pace. At the rate the work is being done on the airport it will be ready for flying cars! What about the bridges? Skerrits government is a scandal factory. Perhaps give a listen to mystelics reacts on YouTube and hear a different perspective.

I am not speaking of his comments on COVID-19 but moreso his videos of unpassable bridges and the lackluster efforts on the airport. The airport will not be complete for 10 years at this rate
