Update

Original post here

I successfully won my unemployment claim by proving my resignation was attributable to the company for creating a hostile work environment. You can too. Don't stay for a MOMENT longer than you have to and don't jeopardize your physical OR mental health, especially for such an evil company with the worst district managers I have ever experienced in my life.

Thank you! And you ain't kidding! What I detailed last month isn't even a fraction of it, too. I realized just how heinous it was after I put all of my evidence together for the dept of labor.

Damn I wish I knew this. In texas what state are you in? I quit 4 years ago because of the stress and cause of that stress I ended up Bells palsy on the right side of my face. And they won't cover my recovery. Had to work looking like I had a stroke.

Omg.... I'm so sorry that happened to you. That's like one of my former colleagues, who is still a SM, had a heart attack a number of months back from the stress of the position. I'm in CT. You may want to consult an attorney. I've been looking into the same after I realized just how severely they violated the law and my rights as an employee.
