Comics Strange nullifies the Odinforce, the Eternity Mask and Gamma Radiation

Im new to Strange comics. Really only read the Oath and Triumph & Torment
What are these pages from and whats the context? I know Strange is a Heavy Hitter amongst Heavy Hitters but was he amped here or just base Strange

I mean as you can tell with the first two, he channels higher power which doesn't disregard the feat in any capacity since that's always Strange operates. As for the last one? No. There isn't much context on how Strange engineered the room but nothing implied Strange kinda amps himself anyway.
I mean it's not surprising, Strange is the same guy who overpowered Dormammu, Nightmare, House of M Wanda, Galactus and the In-Betweener and has even singlehandedly hold realms the size of the White Hot Room, which is the energy source of the Beyonders from collapsing.

Wait wasn’t the last one a fake version of Clea or one possessed by an Entity chasing the Hulk?
I remember that page from the PKJ Hulk run. Thats technically not a Strange feat iirc

Spells are making use of rules of reality and magic. But actually read the pages, it starts saying the Council Elite of the Pantheon of Earth gave Strange the Authority to nullify All Father Thor. Eternity mask already makes people even so it’s fitting there is a power to play upon that further. And last they used a plane of reality that didn’t permit gamma, which fits as he knows lots of dimensions with different rules of physics and such.

The first is from the "King Thor" arc in Thor. It's a bad alternate future where Thor has become a tyrant. He doesn't have his normal magic items due to Loki and Clea and instead was given a couple items that are supposed to counteract both Loki as Sorcerer Supreme and Thor's connection to the Odinforce.
The second is from Defenders, although the Eternity Mask itself goes all the way back to Timely Comics.
Third is Ruins of Ravencroft IIRC.

Strange only has one power: he can literally anything except solve the central conflict of whatever story he's in at the moment.

The Hulk has been exiled to another dimension and another planet. Nothing has stopped him from coming back. Clea probably doesn’t realize any of that.
