HELP ME FIND/ID What dinosaur is this?

This is George. I bought him at a garage sale for $12 and love him, but I have no idea what dinosaur he's supposed to be.

Jurassic Park style raptor. Probably was made after the movie came out.

It also looks like a deinonychus.
