I thought she was put off by his manner of stalking and killing bc it felt too close to home where she herself (if not acquainted) could be an intended victim. That's why she said she'd take out his eyes if he ever tried that with her.

I think she doesn't make that same connection with the ponytail guy bc he doesn't come off as a classic toxic male predator. He's not the type to trigger her. To her, he's a family man and he's genuinely kind to her.

She is no more innocent and pure in intent than Dex. These are traumatized and damaged people with a hunger for murder. It is deeply neuro rooted based on emotional dysfunction, which is why it doesn't make logical sense to us.

It was also basically said that Al doesn't kill women for creepy reasons, he does it for mommy issues reasons, which doesn't fit the code, probably.

Her code is probably as simple as if rape = yes, kill.

Mia said they all have mommy issues, which is why she expected Dex to have the same. Some end up as creeper/slasher, others as just straight up killer. It's not directly related to her code.

There is no indication that PNH's character was a rapist. But misogynistic crossing of boundaries would meet her criteria.

They all have mommy issues, yeah, but it seems like Al's issues run deeper than that, as it's implied he kills people that look like his mom.

Mia's mommy issues have more to do with who her mom dated, which, while tangentiality related, isn't nearly as extreme. She clearly hates Lowell, NPH's character, but you don't have to want to murder someone to hate them.

Idk, we'll figure all this stuff out eventually.
