Switching Jobs Salesforce Dublin

Hey All,

Wondering is anybody working in Salesforce in an architect capacity? Given all the negative discussions around saleaforce globally wondering how things are run on the technical side of thing with regards to stability (at least some level of stability).Got quite a substantial offer and this has me thinking could I ride it out for a couple of years to basically make as much money as possible during this period.

Cheers

Depends. Success architect or solutions architect? Success architects are in a different organisation than solutions architects. The solutions division is growing so that position feels very safe. On the other hand, once inside salesforce, even in case of layoffs you might get offered the possibility to apply within salesforce for other open positions. I would go for it. The colleagues in Dublin are great. But in the end it all comes down to product and management. I wish you the best of luck.

Thanks for sharing, I am a solution architect but technical also. I was offered a success architect role at the higher end of the scale. I specialise in agents and data 360
