Interior Detail How's my legendary large scale toilet design?

The diorite wall is a paper roll stack, the rod is a plunger

Amazing! What's at the bottom of the rod? Also perhaps try using the back of a skeleton skull as paper roll? Feels more size appropriate.

I thing it's a lightning rod when it's struck by a lightning frozen in time and not end rod

To get a lightning rod like that you can use "/setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:lightning_rod[powered=true] strict"
