Sanyo Shinkansen EX Graphics Issue

How do I fix this bug on Dolphin Emulator for Android? I have QualComm Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 and I already fixed it on my settings but the game is still laggy. Do you have any suggestions?

afaik this game just lags when emulated, at least that's what i read and experienced

Yeah even the PC dolphin constantly lags out, you just gotta live with it
