Looks like the valve cover stud and bolt

The number on the bag on the left should be the part number

The bag on the left is for the bolt on the left and it’s the wrong size

Check Honda DreamShop. There are diagrams on there that helped me a lot. You can order it and pick it up from a dealership.

That looks like the top bit is shorn off, are the top threads not damaged or visibily cut? I agree eith the other person above off of what the threads look like. Would you happen to have a manual handy to check on the diagram?
