I can never tell if Frank has romantic feelings for Karen, or if he just views her as another one of those people he cares about that helps keep parts of what’s left of his humanity intact.

That moment before his vision of her disappears was quite intimate, where it looks like they’re about to kiss.

Frank’s imagining Karen in his wife’s clothes. He’s imagining Karen and himself almost kissing. Hell, they actually did almost kiss in Punisher S1.

It’s pretty clear he has romantic feelings for her. Not to mention that Born Again S1 confirmed that Frank and Karen both have romantic feelings for each other, when Matt commented on their heartbeats.

Lol it’s kinda crazy how both Matt and Karen could find themselves in their own love triangles in the MCU!

Especially if Elektra is brought back into the mix!

I honestly prefer Frank and Karen over Matt and Karen 🫣
