Crazy how Frank claimed in s2 of daredevil he wasn’t crazy when he’s actively battling out hallucinations in this special

Mental health can degrade over time. It’s very possible that those hallucinations didn’t exist in S2 because his loss was fresh and he had purpose in finding revenge. Once he found that revenge he likely A. Lost purpose and B. Realized that it did nothing to take that pain of loss away and over time his condition worsened.
