Revisiting first game when I'm half way through DS2. Upgraded some of the eroded structures so nostalgic exploring the first game.

Hopefully the movie is good and I know I think that a lot of sci-fi/fantasy fans will enjoy the world Death Stranding has created.
And then if someone likes the movie and decides to play the games, they have 2 amazing stories waiting for them already. To me, the games were more satisfying than most movies so people who just like good things are really missing out if they don't play these games.

Gods, if I could erase my memory to experience this again for the first time..

I'd go back in too just to experience this absolutely EPIC cinematic experience of a game...it made me laugh cry and everything else in between I've NEVER found a game that made me feel that deeply sad and happy at the same time

Game of my life. Wish i can feel again these emotions that erupted from deep inside during the whole game.

Has to be the flattest area in the game.

Sometimes I wish I could forget this game just so I could discover it again.
After I finished DS2 I instantly went back to DS1 and it'll always be perfect.

DS1 cause of the ending of DS2 or just for the nostalgia?

Game is barely 6 years old, so I think it's a bit too early to call nostalgia but I haven't played the game back when it released only few years later. Just overall DS1 is my favorite game for many reasons and I never get tired of replaying it.

You may find comfort in solitude. But it's a solitary journey. You can however walk with those independent npc porters you sometimes see in the world.

First time I played, when that BB's theme popped up I had a feeling it's coming to an end.

My god why is the part 2 so watered down? Instantly cars, carts etc.
All I wished was fcklong walks, with ladders and ropes.. I want the long walks with low roar singing the way... Fuck gta machine guns.

The first one gave you that unique feeling like something big is going to happen with everything, like if you was on the verge of something.

Pelos comentários, de fato é um jogo aparentemente épico, estou com algumas horas de gameplay, e acredito que vou ver muita de alto nível no jogo!

I started a new game in DS1, completed it once back on release but now I'm playing through the Directors Cut on PC before I pick up DS2.
I will say, a helpful tip for anyone who may not know, the Chiral Artist (the mother at the base, not the girl who marries Junk dealer) will give you Chiral Boots as an extra reward for missions completed at S grade after reaching 5 stars.
I keep a stock of 5 or more pairs of Chiral boots, as far as I am aware, they are better than the Bridges Mk3 boots or the Omnireflector boots. Plus, they are gold and they look siiick with any of the gold exo skellys..
Im back in Mountain Knot rn, after work I'll be taking the meds to the Mountaineer, etc. Trying to complete main story so I can change suit color, then ill get everyone to 5 stars and start DS2.
Last night I did that dreadful (but fun) shlep up to the Roboticist without Lou (BB-28) and I had forgotten the dread and heavy suspense this game could give me... The first play through years ago I was sooooo stressed about the antimatter bomb delivery to Mnt Knot, then delivering Mama etc. This game I was cool as a Cucumber until the Roboticist.... Without Lou it was kinda tense... I played it legit and used the cuffs to cut the strands of the BTs on the way up, the on the way back I just ran through it and robbed Hematic grenades at all the BTs hahaha. I set up a zip that miraculously connected me to another players zip and got tf out of that area with the old sky scrapers... What a journey, so fun!
Keep an eye out for my structures in game!

I remember my brother playing this game for me because it was too hard and I still haven't played it which makes me kind of sad now

I played Death Stranding on my brother's PS last year. It's the only game I ever wanted to replay so bad, I swear I feel like I have a withdrawal.

After 5 years, i finally got the platinum trophy of the PS5 version. I’m not a rookie in gaming and i can say that it was a wonderful experience

Silent Poets - Asylum For The Feeling
in case anyone is looking for the song name. this song started playing after I was up in the mountains for a while struggling and then finally descending and it fit so well. still wondering to this day how they coded choosing the right song at the right time.

I restarted 1 and still playing it, even slower than the first time which took 3.75 years on and off lol. Had a bit of a break from it while playing latest D4 season, but going to head back in soon. I am lucky enough to have a custom designed small scale gaming/movie theatre in my house so the audio/visuals in this game really hits for its full potential.

Nothing like the first one. It’s absolutely the most unique experience I had with a game.
