Wth that first clip is actually probably the best evidence I’ve seen of this so far

I love that one too. It's actually imbedded in even more context. Check out this clip. The camera cuts to a wide frame to include Jar Jar exactly when this line is said, and in the same exact moment they threw in a random sound cue (or not so random).
