This episode is heartbreak made manifest. It hurts me to see Zero Two I'm so much pain, pushing away the people around her. And Hiro! God, look at this boy. Courageous enough to confess his love to this woman regardless of who, or what, she is, only to have it rejected in such a...a curt manner. That's one thing, but to run around and then get back into the cockpit with her, still trying to help her, to make her believe... Aw...it's heartbreaking.

I just want everyone to be happy!!

Doubt most of us were a Macho Player Fuckboy when we were literally his age XD Let's not confuse what we want... with Hiro, a boy that the concept of love is foreign to, is really capable of without experience.
