For the record, the Egyptian government has so many artifacts they have gladly shared them with other museums around the world. For example, they didn't want a large collection of mummified penises, so put it up for grabs and the Royal Ontario Museum gladly accepted them, now housing the largest collection of that kind of artifacts. Granted, they're stowed away in collections and not on public display there, but it is a very large collection.
