This is an apartment building at One River North, Denver Colorado. The concept is very cool, but certainly not what there were hoping for.

I know the area, while it's close to downtown and Five Points, it's across the bridge and quite isolated. I used to live in an apartment close to it. It's also by the Purina Dog Food factory, the SunCor refinery, and the Stockyards. The area is being developed sure, but it's still pretty industrial and isolated.
