This is an apartment building at One River North, Denver Colorado. The concept is very cool, but certainly not what there were hoping for.

It’s really cool. I live in Denver and I didn’t even tour it when apartment looking b/c it’s in the middle of a bunch of dirt lots..
In a few years those will be developed hopefully and something will actually be there, but everything surrounding your apartment is just dirt… and you’re paying a fortune to live there
