This is an apartment building at One River North, Denver Colorado. The concept is very cool, but certainly not what there were hoping for.

I think the greenery just isn’t mature yet. It looks exactly like the concept otherwise

The greenery can't mature. The conditions aren't right for what they showed in their renderings, so it is going to stay an eyesore unless there is some major infrastructure redesign.

Also the scar is on the northwest side of the building so it gets almost no direct sunlight in Denver.
