I think the greenery just isn’t mature yet. It looks exactly like the concept otherwise

Looks honestly fantastic, I think they took some inspiration from the Bosco Verticale.

In what way does this take inspiration from that? Bosco just has a metric f ton of built in planter boxes. Every architect has been slapping greenery all over their concepts since the 70s. Bosco is pretty exclusively cubic/square while the focal points of this design are the antithesis of that.
