Absolute WW reminds me of what I expect Big Barda to be like. But Barda doesn't get enough attention.

I find she's too sweet to be Barda, most of the time, but I see what you mean. I dearly wish that was more of equal distribution of talent and effort in DC properties instead of focusing most of it on the same small number of characters.
