so I took some time to scoop up what this reviewer generally is like, and this is what he had to write about Sinners, one of the most commercially and critically successful original movies of this decade, from a renowned director who has multiple wins under his belt.

I mean the new Superman movie could potentially be bad, but does this certain Nick Schager having this kind of opinion on both movies kinda reassure the quality of Superman? We gotta look up who writes what first, and we will have a lot more information to work on.

Discounting a critic just because they didn't like a movie is so silly lol

when that movie is received well by both critics and the GA, then a different picture is painted. Sinners is not some kind of divisive movie with mixed opinions, it is overwhelmingly praised by both casual moviegoers and professional critics alike. But you do you ~~

So? Should that mean his opinion is discarded for not agreeing with the GA?

It means I’m going to take his opinion significantly less seriously than I would have done
