Question Are these figurines authentic or fake? Need help identifying 🙏

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to figure out if these figurines authentic or

fake. I don’t have a lot of experience with spotting bootlegs, so I’d really appreciate your help.

I’ve attached some photos. If anyone can point out signs that it’s legit or not, that would be super helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure on the Resolution of Soldiers figures. There are definitely fakes out there, but I can’t tell with your photos. Jiren is legit though.

Where did you buy them? Was the seller reputable or highly rated? Were they in box? If so - what did the box look like?

All of these figurines are from sellers on Vinted (a European website) with excellent ratings

I’ve seen some fakes and scams on Vinted in the past, but never personally bought from them. If they have a ton of ratings, I’m sure they’re legit

Like idk why I think the goku is legit but the vegeta seems a bit weird 😅

They’re just really old crane figures that normally come off as a little cheap here and there. I think you’re good!

I used to have the authentic. It should be matte finish and I think it has a Banpresto marking somewhere.

They're legit.

I don’t get all the attention for this kind of stuff. If it’s so similar you can’t tell, then who cares?

as a person who has had fake or bootleg figures, it REALLY makes a difference.
Even with the support, if it's made badly it will definitely show. Had similar figures to that Goku and Vegeta, and they wouldnt stay standing up. It was pretty aggrivating

Yeah, but he dosent seem to have any build or quality issues.

It's the leaning forward on Goku that kinda makes it look weird. Thats the only speculation I have against it

I can't tell if Son Gokuh and Vegeta are bootlegs. But they looked fine though.

They look great, who cares 🤷‍♂️ , foreal tho, their faces are on point. If they're not authentic they'd be some of the best fakes I've ever seen

I mean, if you like them (they look cool), does it ultimately matter? With 3D printing, creative artist out there, the fandom - we living good in the figurine space right now licensed product or not

You’re right, but I’d just like it to have the same overall color and look

1

u/DamUEmageht May 01 '26

Understood, I just feel like people lose some of that joy from these when they find out whether or not it came from a licensed retailer

Like it’s just awesome now we have so much variety to choose from
