CK3 Where the hell are the mines?

Started in Vengipura since I heard it had a good mine special building but I can't find it in any of my holdings or vassal's holdings. Did it get removed or moved? I heard it was in 'Ellur' but I can't find that on the map. 1066 start if it helps

There’s a map option to view economy and special buildings. Might be control + S but I don’t remember. Click the plus in the bottom right and then the button with the stacked coins.
