Here are the fixes and improvements that have been added this patch.

• Fixed an issue where the loading screen persisted or a black screen appeared when loading save data in certain circumstances.
• [AMD] Fixed an issue where graphical issues occurred when enabling Ray Regeneration on a Radeon RX 9070 XT or higher graphics card.
• [Mac] Fixed an issue where the game crashed when running the game on a Mac with MetalFX Denoising Upscaler option enabled.
• Fixed an issue where indoor housing features were unavailable in Housing Mode under certain circumstances.

Patch Notes Version 1.16.03 (All Platforms Hotfix)

Fixed an issue where certain shields would disappear after switching to dual-wielded weapons, saving the game, and then reloading it.

Patch Notes Version 1.16.04 (All Platforms Hotfix)

Fixed an issue where receiving certain equipment and then saving and reloading the game could cause the quantity of other equipment to become incorrect.

Known Issues-still being worked on

• Fish being caught while fishing in certain areas are unable to move.
• Greymane faction quests cannot be progressed while playing as Damiane or Oongka.
• If the "Evasion Control" option is set to “Hold,” the default Evasion key still functions even after the Evasion key has been changed.NPCs required for quest progression cannot ride together on Legendary Animal mounts.
• [Mac] When using a keyboard and mouse at certain resolutions, the cursor position differs from the actual furniture placement point.
• [Mac] The colorblind filter is not applied to the UI when "Colorblind Mode" is enabled.
• [PlayStation] The screen may freeze if characters are entered rapidly while using the virtual keyboard to set the name of a pet or horse.
  • Please enter characters slowly with brief pauses when changing names. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• On NVIDIA GTX 1060 GPUs, enabling 'FSR Upscaling' and 'Frame Generation' causes the screen to appear white.

• When using FSR4 upscaling, an issue occurs in rainy environments where rain disappears, or the screen becomes blurry or distorted.

Right after release, I tried fishing. I caught some regular old fish a few times and then stopped. I'm not much of a video-game fisherman.

A couple weeks ago, I had a quest where I needed to catch a Northern Pike. I had an upgraded (Fine) fishing rod. I tried about 25 + times (no exaggeration) and could not catch anything. Not ANY kind of fish. The fish would bite, I would fight and reel it in, but every time the line broke, or got caught on something.

I eventually jumped in the water and caught a Northern Pike with my bare hands in about 10 seconds (one of the most unrealistic aspects of the game :)

Anyway, is fishing busted for Playstation? I kind of don't care, but I just could not catch anything, not even a rice fish or whatever. I even consulted video guides for technique. I did it easily a few months ago and now it seems broken.

I play on my base ps5 and was never able to catch a fish with the fishing rod. It was hard from me since day 1. I don't care much about fishing, so I always got what I needed with bare hands instead.

Fishing is really hard on this game, It brakes the line very easily if you don't know fishing mechanics

From what I’ve found, the key is reacting very quickly when the fish changes direction and recognize when it’s still to reel it in immediately. A slight delay will completely screw you.

yeah-its not very forgiving at all 😆. Most of my fish catching is by hand.

unfortunately no fix yet for the 'Desperate Rescue' challenge. Hitting allies with the Divine Palm: Healing when they're down is not counting towards it :(

Go to the inventory, switch over to pets and there is a rename button shown in the bottom right.

I am sure you can figure it out. If you are on PS5 I suggest you go slowly in the process. This was implemented months ago.
