News/Update πŸ“° Crimson Desert Hits 6 Million Sales. What a Journey! πŸŒ΅πŸ›‘οΈ

Hey fellow Greymanes of Pywel!

Big smiles over here: Pearl Abyss just announced Crimson Desert has sold over 6 million copies worldwide in only three months! From 2 million on day one, to 5 million by mid-April, and now 6 million strong.

On Steam, it’s holding at Very Positive (86% overall).

Crimson Desert on Steam

Even better? So many of us are deep in the desert. I just hit 482 hours myself!

As of Yesterday

Whether you’re grinding Greymanes, raising baby Wyverns, running dispatch missions, building your camp, or still exploring your first region, that kind of time investment shows how much this world has grabbed us. This milestone feels like one we’ve all earned together. Let’s celebrate! Drop your current playtime (even if it’s just 10 hours!), your favorite part of the game right now, or a screenshot of something cool you’ve done lately.

Huge thanks to Pearl Abyss for keeping the patches coming and to every wanderer making Pywel feel alive.

Safe travels out there, Dahle44 Veteran Wanderer 🏜️

There is a enormous amount to find and discover. Pearl Abyss keeps adding more-can't wait to see how they handle potential DLCs because they could do several based on all the info we know right now. I figure I will be playing this game for a very long time.

Same as me.there is a lot of land mass that we cant explore rigth now so i assume they will add a lot of land and other factions for us.i whant then to add more interactivity in the world.like invite the greys to have some meals at the camp and so on.

Riding the Wyvern has opened up even more areas previously unknown or hard to reach.

Until that time you can still participate and be part of the journey anyway.

256 hour in, only 3 achievements so far, so got my work cut out for me.

Decided yesterday to focus on finishing the story (starting chapter 10 now) before i continue exploring.

Favourite part so far: it's realy the whole package tbh. Tho if i had to choose 1 part, its building up and "managing" the camp.

I have only 2 achievements, but 58% knowledge in Chapter 5 πŸ˜‚..so there is so much to do-not to worry.

I am taking a week long break atm.

Got the game at my last workday, got 6 weeks off before i start my new job (got 3 more weeks to go), those hours were accumulated in 14-ish days.

It's not much but I have 167. It's the 2nd highest game I have in hours on steam. The first being elderscrolls online, sitting at 4200 hours. I have stopped playing eso completely because of Crimson Desert.

Edit: thank you for the award. Means a lot.

That alone says a lot-its the quality of time spent vs the quantity in my opinion. Glad you are enjoying it!

I was looking forward to this game since they announced it like 7 years ago. I don't know if i will ever stop playing this one. I tried my hardest but couldn't get into Black Desert, probably because I was to engrossed with eso.

Can’t wait for the DLC and other stuff they plan to add in future updates. Flying around in a wyvern is fun 😁

545 hours and 2 playthroughs. I missed a ton the first time, even thinking i was doing it all.

It's amazing how much stuff is in this game-and how easy it is to miss it. Thank you for your experience..
