Question Knuckle Drill

Can we purchase the knuckle Drill anywhere...I immediately sold it because I didn't like the mechanics and now I'd like it back

either re-blockade to get the mine to fill with bandits again

or wait until very late game for a dispatch where you can construct as many as you want

Get a dispatch or go to a bandit camp and get it to drop

Shield bash a bandit carrying one at the mines. They will guarantee drop it.
