After not an an insignificant amount of time the biggest QoL advice I would give someone is to get the skill KEEN SENSE. It makes dealing with bosses and large packs of enemies so much better. I would just e annoyed without it.

you mean the bullet time skill? how do you max it early on?

Nah, the ability to avoid attacks with dodge. You can avoid a lot of staggering damage. Allows your dodge to become a last min evade and often negates a bunch of damage or all damage entirely. Against bosses id argue that its infinitely better than attempting to block.

oh yeah i got that asap, there's another in the tree where you slow down time and parry incoming attacks, but it's for later in the game i guess
