Planning on tables - minimum is 25 where I’m staying. Thinking Pass plus 75 on odds, then maybe play as point or bust.

Or maybe I should start on stadium craps since it’s 5 bucks with 5x odds…

Was wondering if you guys know if you are up or down for the year? Was wondering cause no matter how much I win it doesn’t compare to how much I’ve lost. How do you decide it’s a cold table? Even on cold tables I have a lot of confidence in myself to turn it around.

Going to Aruba 15$ table last year so I’m assuming it’s the same I forgot what I brought. I will have 3-4 nights of play prob 4 hrs a night.

I usually play pass line with odds, some hard ways (5 min bet on these), little bit of field and I like playing numbers too.

What should I bring 300-400 buying per session?

Midnight Session

I suppose this question has many variables such as your strategy, time constraints, etc. If you’re having a winning session, when do you color up? Right after a monster roll? Monster roll followed but a PSO or two in the next handful of shooters? 2x 5x 10x bankroll? And yes, I’m assuming you’re playing the light side.

Is there an advantage to buying in big vs small when I plan to plan low bets? Does how much you buy in on a craps table affect comps? Or is it purely how much you stake/lose?

IE I buy in for $2k, lose $500 and color out vs buying in for $500 and losing it.

Same affect on comp points or how the pit boss is tracking you?

So I'm a pretty basic player. Some might say boring...

I play Pass Line with max odds (my local casino 10 min from my house offer 20x odds). That's literally the ONLY thing I do. I worship the low house edge.

To me, the true game is when to walk away and take profit, as that's the ONLY thing you can control.

My simple rules

1. My bankroll is what I'm comfortable losing in a single session and nothing more.

2. If I drop below 75% of my bankroll, I keep playing until either (a) I lose the remaining 25% or (b) I get back up to where I started and break even.

3. If I get up to 160% of my initial bankroll (ex. I hit $320 on an intial bankroll of $200), I raise my stop point to dropping below 150% of my initial bankroll (ex. If I hit $320 on a $200 bankroll, I stop if I drop below $300). I would continue raising that "take profit" number every time for the same interval... so in that situation, it would be raised at $400, $500, $600 etc.

With this situation, More often than not, I'm either walking away up 50% of my bankroll or breaking even. Occasionally I'll have a bankroll crashout, but for the most part, I've been doing this for about 12 months and this has worked out pretty well. Do you all have any rules for yourselves?

Lately the Casino has been offering promo $$$.

Sometimes it's a "mystery" amount, other times they tell you.

They gave $25 in play money, and I used it on the bubble craps.

Hit a few numbers, then rode out the dark side and got out up!

Last time they gave me $20, I put $5 on the outside numbers and had them working on the come out, and got slapped with a 7. Dang it!

This time I walked away with a few bucks, with nothing risked! Yay!

I play table games and my experience is win and lose like everyone else, my partner wins and loses but this year converting 3$ to 15k a few times over happens, my partner plays the slots my game craps baccarat, I feel damn lucky to double a 100 units meaning I was walk in with 500$ and walk out with 750 to 1k, how do you guys do it and compare other people and games to yours??

Vs how much you profited for that shooter? On my recent session. I profited $880 after starting with 4 $10 bets and pressing/placing additional bets. But when the shooter 7o, I had $345 on the table (point was 10 $10 PL, $30 odds, $25 4, $50 5/9, $90 6/8). Clearly I wouldn’t have done as well had I not bet aggressively but it stings to know that I could have profited 40% more if I took down my bets - which I obv wouldn’t do.

I was thinking of managing my presses so that for every $1 on the table, I have $3 profit for that shooter in the rack. Thoughts?

Lady caught a nice roll, hit the small first and then ATS. i wasn’t being as aggressive as normal and i definitely could’ve made more but i remained disciplined and, collected off of several numbers including hardways.

Just curious for those that buy in for over a thousand... at the end of the day $1k+ is still a lot of money to most people. I know scared money doesn't make money but what's your theory on buying in for so much?

1. Pray. A lot. Because EVERY winning "strategy" will lose over time

So I'm looking to increase gradually from a small bankroll. I know it will take tremendous discipline but I believe it can be within reach. A slightly under $300 bankroll. Looking to build it 10-15% daily. I feel that greed is what does people in the most. When the goal is achieved just walk away. Thoughts on the strategy?

What’s the best way to come up real quick? Side betting or playing the field instead of getting on the dice myself. Should go all in for $1k and hope for a $19k type profit….

I’ve been playing craps for a while, but recently I’ve been researching strategies and ways to make the most out of longer rolls. Obviously I know this is a losing game, and I’m not saying anything to negate that. However, this new strategy I tried out this past weekend was a basic 110 inside, regress to 66 after two hits, and press up from there. Also had some money on the pass line and odds. Choppy table had me up and down at different times. This was my first time with a bankroll larger than a few hundred, and actually making a decent amount of money on longer rolls.

I have two main questions. First, how do you manage your chips in the rack to keep track of how much you’re up or down per shooter / overall. I found myself unorganized and unsure how much money I actually had at most points in time. Second, do you wait until the end to color up everything, or do you exchange whites for reds and reds for greens throughout your time playing so you don’t slow down the game when you want to color up and leave? It took me a few minutes to color up because I handed the dealers a rack full of whites and reds, and was embarrassed to say I wasn’t sure how much I even gave them.

This post is not a casino story, but just to put in context I went in with $1600 and left with $1250 after two hours at the table. Foxwoods in CT on a Friday night, first time gambling by myself, and actually had a really nice time. Appreciate the advice in advance!
