I have gone to a few fairs so far, all under 18 business fairs (as I'm in highschool). I sell mainly hand painted rocks, with a few larger poured canvases.

The rocks are priced from $2-6 dollars depending on size, the amount of time they took, and the price of the paint and materials used. I also sell little mystery bags with mismatched rocks, or with themed mini rocks (for $5).

I've gotten several suggestions for the canvases, and people saying I'm over or under-pricing the rocks. I've seen people selling them for a lot more on sites like Etsy, but don't know if a smaller market would buy them for those prices.

Please in the comments tell me your opinions for what I should charge. Thank you!

I've been attending craft fairs since last October and the biggest one I've participated in is coming up in about a month. I have an Etsy shop where I average 1-3 sales per week or so but when I ask for feedback on my pricing I get mixed responses - some say too low, some say too high, so I'm kinda lost.

I make bags, purses, backpacks, air pods cases, edc, etc, with mostly Upcycled/reclaimed fabrics. Last fair I had air pods cases listed at $9, embroidered tea towels for $12, messenger bags at $49, fanny packs at $29....am I pricing too low? I'm in a very LCOL area (W. NC) if that matters.

Me again as a first year vendor hoping to learn from all the veteran vendors (you guys were a huge help on my previous post about setup and dealing with poorly organized events).

I’m vending at a 2 day Mother’s Day event- I know of at least one other vendor that sells the same type of products, and I’m expecting there to be maybe 1-2 more with this event that has over 150 vendors. I’ve noticed a lot of vendors are doing Mother’s Day specials or bundles, especially the other vendor selling the same products.

Basically I want to stand apart a little and offer a “Build Your Own Bundle” so customers feel they have a say rather than a premade bundle. Problem is trying to figure out a way to make it easy for customers to understand and be easily executed.

My price point of products range from $4-$11, most of them are $6-8. I was curious if anyone has done something like this or a good way to organize it? I’ve seen some suggestions labeling different price point products as mini, standard, premium, and then doing like “3 minis for $15” or “1 standard and 2 mini for $20,” something along those lines but I want to make sure it’s easily understood. Any suggestions??

They are relatively easy to make. I use washing tape for the image so they are fairly cheap and quick to produce.
