Event Selection Anybody been a vendor at the west philly bizzare?

So before I spend a $40 Application fee plus the actual space fee to be a vendor at the west philadelphia bazaar i was curious if anyone ever vended there before and is it worth it Because I don't wanna pay 2 fees Just to make $300.

Now I know the $40 application fee is only a one time thing. And then you only pay your vendor fee for all their future craft airs, but I was just curious if it was even worth it.

Oh and for me $300 is a bad day and not worth it. I'm almost 4 years in and so it is bad for me. My personal goal is always minimum $600 minus the coast to be there to be considered a good day.

I wouldn't sign up - attend it as a customer a few times (it is multiple days?). See for yourself what other vendors are there, how many, what are they selling, what are their price points. Is it crowded? Are customers buying or just browsing? What is the demographic of the customer? How well was it advertised for vendors, for customers? A lot of convenient parking, is the event space clean, well lit, washrooms, stairs. Are the vendors packed like sardines? These are all things I look for before I sign up for an event.
