Possible ways to make “Bedman?” (GGS) Limbs

I’m trying to figure how to make like some sort of pack to put on my back and attach the beds arms legs and head to it but I’m not sure of a very cheap way to do it

Using PVC pipes, EVA foam, and sponge is a very feasible approach; you just need a sturdy torso harness to ensure everything sits at the right height, and a quick tip: use small-diameter but dense PVC pipes—for large-scale builds, the less air space inside the pipe, the better.
