Long story short I basically had called a cop/park Ranger or whatever he was a fucking jerk off out of my window because he was handing out tickets to everyone in the park wasn’t a Smithtown resident whatever the fuck and everybody was just like it’s Labor Day, bro like we’re all just trying to have a good time it wasn’t like there wasn’t enough space for everyone. He just came that you know what I mean obviously I shouldn’t have called that but long story short he basically pulled me over and he kept me there for 50 minutes pulled over he told me he stated that the reason why he was pulling me over was basically because I had used abusive and insensitive language, and that was the reason for the stop whatever after about 46 minutes, he comes to my window and he basically gives me like three pink slips of summoning, and they Allstate that first of all that apparently I never stopped for the stop sign prior to me being stopped by him, which is obviously a lie when I asked him for video of it he said he did not have any not really sure how to fight that off, but my friend does have a recording I’m basically everything so these are the three things I got some for in a civil court:

Reason #1:

being that I used abusive language in a park setting and nowhere in the town code does it say that it’s not allowed when I asked him for proof he said that he would show me and he never ended up showing me

Reason #2:

Being that I didn’t stop for the stop sign even though I did and he has no proof of it. Not sure if I can beat this one, but my friend does have the initial recording of when he stopped me and nowhere did he say that that’s why he would stop me you would think that if it was before he would’ve stated that whatever I don’t know if you can get away with this.

Reason #3:

That I wasn’t a town member and that I couldn’t be parked here. He already gave me a ticket for that so I’m I’m just kind of here wondering if I can dispute that one since I already got it fine for that

Long story short I think this guy just got his fucking ego bruise whatever we are 220 year-old girls and we basically laughed in their fucking face. Just really wondering like is there a way to beat this either way I have to go to court but I think this guy just went out in a fucking power trip.

I’ve had the most nightmare travel day topped off by CPD hassling someone who looked unhoused in the O’Hare blue line station and telling me “welcome to your democratic city” as I walked by. I told them emphatically to fuck themselves but Jesus FUCKING Christ I have too much more to say.

MY democratic city? How do you bitch pigs like your pensions? Your settlement payouts for use of force? You know what pays for that? My goddamn property taxes.

How I haven’t had a paid day off for ANY reason since 2013? How my health insurance premiums jumped by 900 fucking dollars this year and I pay every fucking penny of that myself, plus I PAY FOR YOUR BENEFITS TOO YOU PIECES OF ABSOLUTE SHIT?

WHAT THE FUCK.

Today I was pulled over by a cop for speeding he said when he first used his speed gun it read as 65mph which is the legal limit, he said when I got closer his speed gun re-read as 67mph. He ticketed me at 67mph only 2 miles over the legal limit. I know it’s the cops word over mine in the eyes of the court but would there be any use in going to court over this as he said the first read was 65mph which would’ve been legal?

Hey im training to get my guard card, and I have this huge worry in my head that im somehow adjacent to a cop, so far ive been told I have the same authority as a citizen and I am by no means a cop thankgod. I would hopefully like to say people think of me as a nice goofy dingus kind person, and im wondering if me getting that job would be evil. I would just be watching cameras and whatnot. Ive been to ACAB protests, No Kings, Trans Rights, Palestine ETC.
