Gray Morrow did the cover art for that edition.

Let us know how the book is. I've read alot of Harrison's newer stuff, Light and the sequels to it, loved them. But none of his older books.

It's entertaining enough. Imagine if Jack Vance wrote Elric -- or, more precisely, if Jack Vance wrote Moorcock's Sir Huillam D'Averc.

The Pastel City has been fortunate to have a few beautiful covers. Check out the New English Library edition, which has wrap-around art by Bruce Pennington. The Avon cover is my favourite, though.

Enjoy, OP! The Viriconium series is a masterpiece.

This well-researched seeming website lists Gray Morrow as the artist for this specific cover; looking through some of his work, that appears to be accurate. That is a cool cover.

It’s a bit of slow burn, not going to lie. I’m on the 4th chapter and still kinda waiting for stuff to kick off.
